Job summary

ShopFully is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Content Platform team. You will maintain FAdmin and related systems, delivering end-to-end roadmap features in a production environment across a hybrid/remote setup in Europe.

The role emphasizes AI-first development using Claude Code, robust testing, and CI/CD, with 2–5 years of back-end or full-stack experience and strong Ruby on Rails expertise. Excellent English communication required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of back-end or full-stack development experience.
• Proven production experience building Ruby on Rails apps.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with relational databases and SQL design.
• Daily experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code) for planning tasks and reviewing AI-generated code.
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Fluent English: strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, evolve, and deliver roadmap features end-to-end for FAdmin and Content Platform ecosystem tools.
• Work with an AI-first approach using Claude Code to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Support Content Layer Service Desk and internal Ask boards to address issues.
• Write automated tests and participate in peer code reviews.
• Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
