SYS-DAT Group, a leading IT solutions provider, invites applications for a Senior AI Software Engineer at its VERONA office. The role focuses on machine learning and computer vision, with tasks spanning requirements analysis, system design, data curation, model development, API and frontend development, and CI/CD automation.

The candidate should have a Master’s in CS/ML, strong Python and ML framework experience (TensorFlow/PyTorch), plus Docker/CI/CD and frontend tooling (Angular).

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, ML, or related fields.
• Industrial experience in machine learning and computer vision.
• Proficient in Python, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with FastAPI and Angular.
• Proficient with Docker and CI/CD practices.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

Senior AI Software Engineer

The candidate will be part of a young, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who drives innovation in the development of artificial intelligence solutions. This candidate is highly skilled in machine learning and computer vision, with a strong background in Python and leading machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. They are skilled in system design, API development, and frontend interface development, as well as in the use of Docker and CI/CD practices.

You will be responsible for managing artificial intelligence projects throughout all phases of their lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, dataset creation and annotation, the development and testing of machine learning models, the development of APIs and front-end interfaces, as well as the implementation of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Industrial experience in machine learning and computer vision
• Extensive experience with Python, NumPy, and Pandas
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks
• Experience with FASTApi or similar frameworks
• Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD practices
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
