Job summary

WordLift is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to lead complex AI-powered SEO projects for global enterprises. You will own delivery end-to-end, oversee AI/SEO audits, and help clients become self-sufficient using WordLift technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SEO/tech/digital experience including audits and structured data.
• 3+ years managing digital or technical client projects.
• B2B Customer Success background with retention focus.
• Proficient with AI tools, LLMs, and automation.
• Fluent in English; Italian or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients.
• Conduct AI SEO audits and advise on strategies.
• Configure knowledge graphs and data for search engines.
• Shift client relationships toward strategic advisory.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Embed automation using LLMs and tools like n8n.
• Monitor account health with CRM signals and revenue retention.
• Report ROI/ROAS and organic performance to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of AI-powered search developments.
