ITT Inc. is seeking an AI & Manufacturing Innovation Engineer to drive the study, development, and deployment of advanced robotics and AI in our manufacturing plants, moving the operation toward a smart factory powered by Physical AI.

The role covers strategy, technology implementation, and governance, including collaboration with HQ and partners to ensure ROI and robust deployment of AI-enabled automation across the plant network.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• PhD or specialized Masters in AI/Robotics preferred.
• 5-10 years in advanced industrial automation/AI for manufacturing and robotics.

Mansioni

• Define roadmap for introducing AI and advanced robotics in industrial processes.
• Lead projects on cobots, AMRs, automated assistants, and AI-based vision systems.
• Apply ML for predictive maintenance and process optimization; integrate AI into existing systems.
• Translate prototypes into scalable production solutions and support operations.
