Fundamental Media, Milan-based, seeks a Client & Partner Relationship Director to serve as the local liaison between clients, media partners, and global teams. Youll work with London, Boston, and APAC to deliver services to top financial institutions.

Based in Milan, you report to the London HQ; strong communication and autonomy are essential for cross-location leadership and successful collaboration across regions.

Competenze

• 4+ years in account or client management within advertising agency or investment services.
• Native/fluent Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
• Solid media planning and buying knowledge in Italian/European markets.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous media deals.
• Ability to deliver across multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and autonomous, reporting to a manager abroad.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary local point of contact, supporting market strategy execution.
• Maintain and nurture local client relationships with regular status reporting.
• Provide local market context for media plans and attend client meetings as needed.
• Support negotiation of media deals and robust agency agreements with publishers.
• Identify market opportunities and help build a pipeline for new business pitches.
• Represent the agency at local meetings and industry events.
• Train and upskill team on proprietary tech and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across global teams.
