Job summary

European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an AI & Digital Transformation Associate Officer in Luxembourg to lead digital and AI-enabled transformation of portfolio monitoring and procurement workflows. You will collect, structure and analyse project information, coordinate inputs across services and support practical digital tools development, templates and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Good coordination and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of English and/or French; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation by collecting, structuring and analyzing project information.
• Develop online templates, forms and AI-enabled tools for portfolio management.
• Coordinate with GIS and services to ensure alignment with Bank standards.
• Prepare concise notes, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
