Generali is seeking an experienced professional to join the Group Accounting Policies & IFRS Reporting team. You will help define and implement group accounting policies, support IFRS reporting, and drive improvements within an international finance function.
You will work with senior stakeholders across Generali, applying technical accounting expertise and analytical thinking. The role requires collaboration across Group Functions and international business units, with occasional travel.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Group Accounting Policies & IFRS Reporting team. In this role, you will work at the heart of Generali's Finance function, contributing to the definition and implementation of Group accounting policies, supporting Group IFRS reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a truly international environment.

We offer employment at the VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 43K€ and 53K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
