The AI Artist is responsible for full-AI content production, from building generative workflows to overseeing post-production, ensuring every output matches the brief and the brand's standards.

Competenze

• Refined eye for lighting, composition and color.
• Mastery of cutting-edge generative models and complex workflows.
• Experience in creative studios, agencies or media factories.
• Strong post-production skills for premium AI work.
• Portfolio showing strong work across image and video.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

JOB PURPOSE

The AI Artist is responsible for full-AI content production, from building generative workflows to overseeing post-production, ensuring every output matches the brief and the brand's standards. The role enables scalable content production and keeps quality high through structured reviews.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn creative briefs into structured generation workflows, choosing the right models and logic for each project.
• Design and build custom pipelines that make the production of images, video and variants repeatable, efficient and consistent.
• Work closely with production and with clients' creative teams through briefs, reviews and feedback rounds.
• Document your workflows and share what you learn.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Aesthetic Sensibility: A refined eye for lighting, composition and color, with a natural feel for art direction.
• Advanced AI Stack: Mastery of cutting-edge generative models and proven experience with complex workflows, including designing custom pipelines for each project.
• Production Mindset: A background in creative studios, agencies or media factories, with a solid understanding of how content production pipelines work.
• High-End Craft: A track record on premium AI-driven work, rooted in graphic design, media design, key visual production or advertising, with the post-production skills to bring every output to a polished finish.
• A portfolio showing strong work across image, video or both.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Based in Milan.

WHAT WE OFFER

A freelance collaboration (Partita IVA) at €3,000 – €4,000 per month, with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract.
