Job summary

Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking a Project Leader - Automation Systems (AGVs) to manage the technical delivery of capital investment projects from design through startup, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards.

The role covers project controls, schedules, cost estimates, installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment and production lines, with a focus on AGV intralogistics and end-of-line integration. English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one or more projects successfully in AGVs areas.
• Experience proactively applying SHE requirements and risk-prevention methods to foster a zero-harm workplace.
• Experience with integrated system testing, FAT / SAT and start-up activities.
• Experience with financial follow-up, budget tracking and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the technical delivery of capital investment projects from design to start-up.
• Ensure AGV systems, end-of-line equipment, conveyors and interfaces meet timing, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate suppliers/contractors and conduct risk analysis for the AGV area.
• Lead post-commissioning support and ensure smooth transition to operations.
