MSC Technology Italia S.r.l. is seeking an Agile Coach to empower development teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders across an international, distributed environment.

You will promote modern engineering and DevOps practices, introduce practical metrics, and help evolve software delivery through data-driven decisions and effective backlog refinement.

Competenze

• Experience coaching Agile teams and transforming delivery practices.
• Ability to guide decomposition of work into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Experience with AI/LLM initiatives is a plus.
• Proven ability to introduce metrics and data-driven decision making.

The Agile Coach supports development teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in improving Agile execution, delivery practices, and team collaboration.

The role focuses on enabling cross‑functional teams through practical coaching, introducing meaningful metrics, improving work decomposition, and promoting modern engineering and DevOps practices.

The Agile Coach operates within an international, distributed environment (Italy, Switzerland, India, USA) and contributes to Agile transformation efforts, delivery predictability, and the evolution of software development practices, including AI/LLM initiatives where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and individuals (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tech Leads) on Agile practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the decomposition of work (Epics, Features, User Stories) and support teams working on AI/LLM initiatives in breaking down incremental, testable deliverables.
• Promote engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, continuous integration, test automation, and trunk‑based development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to adopt and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Introduce and leverage actionable metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, flow efficiency, sprint goal success) to support data‑driven decision making.
• Improve estimation practices through relative sizing techniques and facilitate effective backlog refinement.
• Support planning, prioritization, dependency management, and outcome‑focused delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, assessments, serious games, and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to the internal Agile Community by sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives at both team and organizational levels.
