Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks an Agentic AI & Tool Developer to design, develop and maintain autonomous AI solutions across the E2E Supply Chain. You will enable advanced reasoning, planning and automation in a global environment with collaboration across stakeholders, Data Scientists and Engineering teams.

You will contribute to production deployment, tooling improvements and training on AI topics, leveraging Python, SQL and leading agent frameworks.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.
• Proactive mindset and team collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
• API integration with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Big Data platforms (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Advanced expertise in NLP or ML.
• Experience with Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.

In this role, you will enable advanced reasoning, planning and automation, helping solve complex business problems in a global and highly dynamic environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Scientists and Engineering teams to deliver production ready AI agents integrated into enterprise systems and workflows.

Profile

Who You Are

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields (PhD is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work effectively within a team based setting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• The ability to explain complex AI concepts to non technical stakeholders when needed.
• Hands on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
• API integration and connectivity with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with at least one major Big Data platform (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Advanced expertise in at least one AI domain such as Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.
