Randstad Digital in Pisa, Italy seeks a Senior AI Systems Engineer to advance Model-Based Design tools with agentic AI, focusing on simulation, code generation, and testing. The role is on-site in Pisa, requiring MSc in engineering/CS, 3–5 years of experience, and strong English communication.

Proven expertise in Java, Python, LangChain, PyTorch, and OpenAI API is essential, along with experience in multi-agent architectures and tool calling. Travel across Europe/China may be required.

Competenze

• M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI/Model-Based Design.
• Fluency in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
