Synthires is seeking an Agentic AI Expert to join its R&D team, developing next-gen Model-Based Engineering tools. The role combines AI, software engineering and MBD, with a focus on integrating agentic AI into engineering workflows.
You will work as a System Engineer, advancing MBD platforms through AI-assisted simulation, code generation, diagram generation, and automated testing, in a collaborative environment across digital power, EVs and advanced engineering solutions.
Competenze
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/LLM engineering and software development.
- Experience with agentic AI solutions and integrating them into real products.
- Proficient in Python and Java with knowledge of AI frameworks.
Mansioni
- Drive evolution of proprietary MBD tools toward AI-assisted engineering.
- Integrate agentic AI technologies into existing engineering products.
- Develop AI-powered approaches for simulation, code and test generation.
- Design and implement efficient multi-agent AI architectures.
- Build and integrate RAG, orchestration and tool-calling capabilities.
