Leapmotor International is seeking an Aftersales Technical Services Senior Specialist to drive technical readiness, support product quality improvements, and act as a strategic interface between engineering, quality, technical assistance, and the worldwide aftersales network.

Competenze

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Aftersales, Technical Services, Product Support, Technical Assistance, Engineering, Quality, or related automotive functions.
  • Experience in international and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair processes, and technical problem-solving methodologies.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Availability for frequent international business travel is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Aftersales Technical Services Senior Specialist to join our Leapmotor International.

As a Aftersales Technical Services Senior Specialist, you will drive technical readiness, support product quality improvement, and act as a strategic interface between engineering, quality, technical assistance teams, and the worldwide aftersales network. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational performance on a global scale.

You will work in a highly international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting the continuous evolution of technical service processes across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Global Technical Readiness
  • Drive the worldwide deployment of technical repair processes for new vehicle launches and product upgrades.
  • Ensure readiness of repair procedures, technical documentation, service information, and diagnostic tools.
  • Coordinate technical training strategies and ensure network preparedness.
  • Oversee the implementation and communication of recall and service campaigns across markets.
  • Govern Technical Assistance processes, ensuring alignment on performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive Product Quality & Technical Excellence
  • Act as the technical reference point for assigned vehicle platforms and products.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to identify and develop repair solutions for emerging technical issues.
  • Support critical and escalated cases, including complex field issues and high-impact customer situations.
  • Analyze feedback from markets and service networks to proactively identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
Monitor Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Track and analyze key Aftersales performance indicators across global markets.
  • Drive actions aimed at improving repair effectiveness, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the technical service network.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Aftersales, Technical Services, Product Support, Technical Assistance, Engineering, Quality, or related automotive functions.
  • Proven experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair processes, and technical problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of vehicle design, functionality, diagnostics, and repair principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with aftersales processes such as Technical documentation, Diagnostic tools, Warranty management, Recall and service campaign execution, Technical assistance and Service procedures and workshop operations.
  • Good knowledge of Aftersales systems and tools, including SBOM, Parts Catalogue, Forecasting, Order Management, OBT, Warranty systems and DMS platforms.
  • Experience in Parts Supply Chain processes is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service quality.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Availability for frequent international business travel is required.
OFFER
  • Salary range: from 53.000 € to 65.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
  • Collective Agreement : In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
