Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking an Aftersales Area Manager for North Italy to ensure the implementation of policies and strategic plans for parts and services, reporting to the Service Director. You will act as the key contact between Renault Trucks market and the network, driving parts sales and service efficiency across the assigned area.

The role requires leadership, negotiation skills, and experience in automotive environments, with willingness to travel and fluency in English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in automotive/trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Aftersales Area Manager for the area assigned (North Italy).
• Supervise network animation on spare parts sales and service.
• Negotiate sales and service targets with dealers and define action plans.
• Follow up on KPI-based customer satisfaction and complaints; define training needs.
