• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them before starting.


• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to assist with student transportation.


• Previous experience planning summer camp itineraries or large-group events.


• Knowledge of Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) licensing regulations.
