Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an Operations Excellence Leader in Genova to drive the strategy and execution of lean initiatives, quality improvements, and productivity gains across the production division.

You will collaborate with site directors and cross-functional teams to deliver improvements aligned with strategic goals, using Six Sigma and Lean tools, and to establish KPIs and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related discipline.
• Five years of related experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or leadership.
• Strong lean manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise; Black/Green Belt preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale improvement projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operations excellence strategy to improve performance (SQDC).
• Lead and mentor site leadership teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution.
• Collaborate with finance to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Oversee process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools (VSM, Kaizen, 6S).
• Establish and communicate KPIs to site leadership and drive continuous improvement.
