LyondellBasell Industries is seeking an ADTS Engineer Healthcare (m/f/d) for its Ferrara facility in Italy. The role focuses on rapid commercialization of innovative healthcare product portfolios, providing technical guidance on product use and sustainability aspects, and gathering market data to drive value creation across the customer chain.

The incumbent will collaborate with R&D, marketing and asset management, maintain product data integrity, and support customers with solutions and trials

Competenze

• University degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or technical field.
• Prior experience in a technical environment with knowledge of products.
• Very good English language skills are mandatory.

Mansioni

• Develops and manages the introduction of new and improved products into the market with R&D, marketing and asset management coordination.
• Establishes a strong network with customers, machine manufacturers and OEMs to gather market intelligence.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, cost reductions, and new applications to differentiate through innovation.
• Maintain product specifications, data sheets and ensure high-quality data for compliance and customer portals.
• Support customers in optimizing product use and troubleshooting in collaboration with sales and marketing.
