Prometeon Tyre Group is seeking an Administration Manager to join our Finance team at the Group Headquarters in Milan. You will help ensure accurate statutory and management reporting, support cost control and provide reliable financial insights to business stakeholders.

With a strong accounting background, a data-driven mindset and a proactive approach, you will play a key role in finance transformation, ERP migration and process optimization across the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and OIC.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate general ledger accounting activities in compliance with group policies and local standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings with reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet reviews.
• Assist in statutory financial statements preparation and liaise with auditors/external advisors.
• Monitor costs by department and project for reliable reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and forecast Net Financial Position.

About the role

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for an Administration Manager to join our Finance team at the Group Headquarters in Milan.

In this role, you will contribute to the accuracy of statutory and management reporting, support effective cost control and provide reliable financial insights to business stakeholders. Working at the intersection of Accounting, Controlling and Finance Transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring financial data quality, compliance and process excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate general ledger accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with Group accounting policies and local accounting standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, provisions and balance sheet reviews.
• Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Financial Analysis & Cost Control

• Monitor operating costs by department, cost center and project, ensuring correct allocation and reliable reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Support forecasting activities related to Net Financial Position, working closely with Controlling and Treasury teams.
• Contribute to ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of financial information across the organization.

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

• Act as a key contributor to Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP migration projects and drive the continuous optimization of administrative and accounting processes.

Requirements

The successful candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a proactive and business-oriented approach, thriving in dynamic and international environments.

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and management reporting.
• Solid understanding of OIC and IFRS.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Previous exposure to Finance Transformation or ERP migration projects is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented mindset.

Salary Range: Starting from €60.000,00 gross annual salary
