Prysmian is seeking an invoicing specialist to support both active and passive invoicing flows. The role requires collaboration with Controlling, Project Management, Purchasing and Customer Service to ensure tax-compliant invoicing processes and timely supplier invoicing.

Competenze

• Experience handling active invoicing to customers and passive invoices from suppliers.
• Ability to work across Controlling, Project Management, Purchasing and Customer Service.
• Familiarity with tax requirements related to invoicing and reporting.

Support the active and passive invoicing flows, cooperating wihtin the interfunctional teams Controlling/ Project Management/ Purchasing and Customer Service:

• Preparation of the active invoices to the customer according to the tax requirements;
• Management of the passive invoices from the suppliers.
