Armani Hotel Milano is seeking an accounting/finance professional through Hosco in Milan. The role covers invoicing registration, payments posting, and maintaining supplier records within a luxury hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have legal work authorization in Europe, hospitality experience, and strong English/Italian communication and numerical skills to support accurate financial reporting.

Competenze

• Experience with invoicing and accounting processes.
• Legal work authorization in Europe; hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in English and Italian (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent numerical and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Register invoices for Italy, CEE and Extracee.
• Upload invoice payments to home banking and post to accounting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Registration of Italy, CEE, Extracee Invoices
• Uploading the invoices payment to our home banking and posting them to accounting
• Filing of related invoices posted in order of protocol
• Maintenance of suppliers bill book
• DDT end-of-month fund
• Miscellaneous correspondence
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
• Excellent communication, organization and reporting skills
• Excellent ability with numbers and arithmetic
• Working computer skills and knowledge
• Able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
• Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• A high rate of accuracy in all aspects of work
• Ethical approach to work
• Be familiar with tracking and analyzing financial data, organize it, and present it in a clear and professional manner
• Be Deadline-Oriented
• Support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Europe and preferably a previous experience in hospitality.
