Kardex Italia S.p.A. in Milan seeks an organized accounting professional to manage the accounts payable cycle and support closing processes.

The role involves supplier invoicing, payment processing, and accurate cost-center allocation within a dynamic, international finance team. The candidate should hold an Accounting Diploma or a Bachelor's in Economics, with IFRS/Italian GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills (SAP preferred).

Competenze

• Accounting diploma or degree with experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP
• Familiarity with AP processes, journals and month-end close
• MS Excel proficiency and ERP experience (SAP preferred)

Mansioni

• Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from invoice verification to cost center allocation
• Monitor supplier due dates and process payments
• Support monthly and annual closings and financial reporting
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants and other functions on assigned activities
