GWM Italia is seeking a Finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting processes, including AR, AP and vehicle inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires strong Italian accounting knowledge, SAP experience and collaboration across departments to prevent financial risks and support audits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above with Italian accounting qualifications preferred.
• 3+ years of financial accounting experience in Italian enterprises.
• Proficient in inventory, accounts receivable/payable and fixed asset accounting; familiar with Italian OIC standards for vehicle import.
• Experience with SAP or similar electronic accounting software preferred.

Mansioni

• Register and maintain accounts receivable ledger, verify payments and track overdue amounts.
• Verify accounts payable, match invoices, review payment applications and coordinate with suppliers.
• Oversee vehicle inventory accounting across inbound/outbound documents and VIN code reconciliation.
• Assist with financial statements preparation, audits and tax declarations with the Chief Accountant.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts receivable ledger registration and detailed accounting, verify customer payments, track overdue payments, coordinate with business departments to promote collection, prepare accounts receivable statements, ensure timely payment and accurate accounting, and prevent bad debt risks.
• Responsible for accounts payable verification and detailed accounting, match purchase documents with invoices, review payment applications, track payment progress, sort out accounts payable files, ensure compliant payment and accurate accounting, and coordinate with suppliers for reconciliation.
• Responsible for the whole-process accounting of vehicle inventory, verify inventory inbound and outbound documents, track VIN code corresponding accounting, cooperate with monthly/quarterly inventory checks, accrue slow-moving inventory, ensure consistency between inventory books, actual assets and vouchers, and sort out inventory accounting files.
• Cooperate with the Chief Accountant in completing auxiliary work related to financial statement preparation, audit and tax declaration, sort out vouchers and statements related to the four modules, and ensure complete filing of accounting data.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales and other departments, verify business data and financial accounting data, timely handle abnormal problems in the accounting process, and ensure the smooth progress of accounting work.
• Other work in Finance Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, holding basic local Italian accounting qualifications is preferred.
• Over 3 years of financial accounting experience in Italian enterprises, proficient in inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting processes, familiar with Italian OIC standards and accounting characteristics of the vehicle import industry.
• Over 3 years of SAP Enterprise or similar electronic accounting software experience is preferred.
• Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, with good execution and communication and coordination abilities.
