Xylem in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

The role covers invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and serving as a point of contact for vendors and customers; a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and English fluency are required.

THE ROLE
For our administrative HUB in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, efficient payment processing, and effective communication with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities
Invoicing and Payment Processing:

• Process invoices from vendors, verifies their accuracy, and ensures timely payment.
• Enters invoice details into the accounting system, assign appropriate codes, and prepare for payment.
  Reconciliation:
• Reconciles accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for all internal and external Stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end customer service and delivery of agreed SLA’s.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
• Practical experience in accounting or billing.
• Fluency in English
