Xylem Inc. is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Montecchio Maggiore to lead and support Lean initiatives across manufacturing and transactional areas. You will drive process improvements, develop business cases, and coach teams in Lean and Six Sigma.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related fields, 2+ years of CI experience, and fluent Italian and English. This permanent, full-time position offers a hybrid work model and a company bonus along with a canteen provision.

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent in engineering, statistics, maths or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years implementing process improvements in manufacturing or transactional settings.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and problem solving with good communication skills.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
