A leading chemical specialties company is seeking an Account Manager for the North-West Italy territory. This field-based role involves developing business growth, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of technical sales experience, an engineering degree, and is bilingual in Italian and English. As an Account Manager, you will be the main sales contact for the North-West Italy territory, covering all of Quaker Houghton\'s offering of products, equipment and services. You will focus on nurturing relationships with our existing customer base, mainly in the metalworking fluids market, and drive cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives. Our customers’ success is our own.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of technical sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in contact with the metalworking process and the automotive sector. Experience with both end user and distributor accounts is an advantage.
Profile: A dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Location: This is a field-based role in the West and North Italy territory.
