Job summary

Lexroom is building AI software for legal professionals. We are seeking a sales-focused professional to drive ARR growth, demo Lexroom.ai, and close deals with law firms and companies across Europe. You will identify new use cases and work closely with prospects to align solutions with their goals.

You will join a fast-growing startup with a hybrid work model, split between our Rome sales hub and remote collaboration. A strong focus on learning, accountability, and results defines our culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Power users of sales tools: HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.
• Fluent in Italian and English; eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases for our customers.
• Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
• Manage the entire sales funnel: find prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals.
• Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and development opportunities.
• Monitor the market and provide feedback from clients to the product team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.

What We’re Looking For

• You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• You are a power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you’re eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
• You speak both Italian and English.
