Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth with HVAC OEM customers across the DACH region. The role supports Aachen-area or Northern Italy-based candidates fluent in German, with regular travel across the region.

You will manage key accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development within HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and build strong relationships with key HVAC OEM customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Ideally based in the Aachen area, we are also open to candidates located in Northern Italy, provided they are fluent in German and willing to travel within the region.
