Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an Account Assistant to join the Account team. You will support the creative development cycle for brands design and communication projects, from brief to delivery, reporting to the Account Executive.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing or Communication, at least 1 year of experience in communication/packaging, and strong organizational, written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing or Communication;
• At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;

Mansioni

• Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
• Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
• Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;
• Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);
• Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;
• Undertake administrative tasks.
