Selection communication & design in Milano is seeking an Account Assistant to support the Account team through the full creative development cycle, from brief to delivery, reporting to the Account Executive.

The role involves coordinating packaging, below-the-line activities, managing schedules, budgets and invoicing, communicating with marketing departments, attending meetings, and performing administrative tasks; a marketing or communication degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing or Communication required.
• At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities.
• Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing.
• Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time.

What you will do

As an Account Assistant, the candidate willsupport the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.

The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00.Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.

For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
