7Pines Resort Sardinia cerca un Sommelier per la stagione 2025. Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza in hotel 5 stelle o ristoranti Gourmet, una forte predisposizione all'upselling e una conoscenza fluente di Italiano e Inglese.

Il ruolo richiede passione, orientamento agli obiettivi e ottime capacità di abbinamento cibo-vino. Offriamo l'opportunità di lavorare in una cornice di lusso con servizio eccellente, attenzione al cliente e standard igienico-sanitari rigorosi.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' experience in the role in 5-star hotels and/or Gourmet Restaurants.
• Strong predisposition for upselling
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• Passion for the job and goal orientation
• Strong food/wine pairing skills (training in food/cocktails pairing is considered a PLUS)
• Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to Guests;
• Ensure that hygienic and sanitary standards as per regulations are met.
• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships
• Knowledge of the English lenguage
• Previous experience in luxury hotels

When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally “pine covered islands”. Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the “Pine Island”. So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.
