Biopharma Careers in Milan invites applications for an internship within the Clinical Development & Operations team. You will support operational and scientific setup, execution, and delivery of local clinical trials, helping to drive the pipeline in Italy.

You will collaborate with CD&O, CROs, Legal & Compliance, and other functions to ensure study start-up, contract finalization, and trial document tracking. Fluent Italian and English are preferred.

Competenze

• Scientific Master Degree; Master’s in clinical/pharmaceutical areas would be a plus.
• Strong team working and communication skills.
• Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge/experience in clinical research and project management is a plus.
• Good command of English and native Italian level.

Mansioni

• Support ethical procedures managed by the CRO to start up clinical studies at EU and site level in compliance with laws.
• Assist in negotiation and finalization of study contracts with CD&O, CRO and Legal & Compliance.
• Maintain trackers and activities for trials, including document tracking for non-CRO work.
• Support planning, implementation and tracking of the clinical trial process and risk mitigation.
• Assist CD&O in relationships with external experts, sites, and stakeholders in cross-functional collaboration.
