SAN SONNEA in the Dolomites seeks a motivated Commis de Rang to support our luxury service team and guest relations. You will assist senior staff, prepare mise en place, and ensure impeccable service on a 5-star level.
The role entails close collaboration with kitchen and service teams, with a strong focus on development and high standards. Offering a full-time position with long-term prospects, training opportunities, staff accommodation, meals, and exclusive discounts within the SAN SONNEA
Competenze
- Experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy is advantageous.
- Passion for hospitality and enjoying direct guest interaction.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
- Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable and precise working style.
- Very good command of English; German or Italian is an advantage.
Mansioni
- Support the Chef de Rang in managing a service station.
- Warmly welcome and attentively assist guests.
- Prepare daily mise en place and ensure order/cleanliness in the service area.
- Set and prepare tables for breakfast and dinner service.
- Support 5-star level food and beverage service.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Attend to guest requests and assist with special occasions.
- Clear tables and reset the service area.
- Collaborate with kitchen, service management and the team.
- Demonstrate willingness to develop and learn high-level service standards.
