DIKTON is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Software & Product Integration to join the 4th Level Technical Support team. You will act as the technical interface between field service organizations and software development teams, handling advanced troubleshooting and log analysis with international collaboration.

The role requires strong debugging skills, knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP, SQL, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and excellent English.

Competenze

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software and system troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Ability to analyze application and system logs.
Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
Knowledge of scripting languages and tools (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
Availability for occasional travel within Italy and abroad.

Mansioni

Manage 4th-level software escalations.
Analyze and resolve software and system-related issues.
Perform analysis of logs, events, and operational anomalies.
Support integration activities with customer infrastructures and systems.
Collaborate with software development teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Validate new software and firmware releases.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
Provide technical support and training to partners and service organizations.
