Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a designer with strong motion, graphic, and AI skills to join our performance marketing team. You’ll generate static and video creatives using AI tools and collaborate with the Lead Designer and Creative Producers on campaigns across multiple platforms, turning ideas and performance data into scalable creatives.

You will work with AI workflows to speed up production and stay aligned with platform trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong skills in static graphics, motion design, and video editing.
• Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generators (Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, Kling).
• Creativity and the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Portfolio showing your graphic and motion work, including AI-generated content (required).

About The Role

We are looking for a designer with strong motion, graphic, and AI skills to join our performance marketing (UA) team. AI is a core part of how we make ads, but it works alongside classic motion design, graphic design, and video editing. In this role, you’ll generate static and video footage with AI tools and bring them to a final result. You’ll work closely with the Lead Designer and Creative Producers on advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, turning ideas and performance data into creatives that scale.

Location

Interview Process
