UBS invites ambitious students to join its 2027 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Milan. You will collaborate across teams on strategic projects to enhance client experience, learn about the industry, culture and strategy, and build a network with mentors and leaders in the business.

The 18‑month program offers rotations and extensive exposure to wealth management for high‑net‑worth clients.

Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll Get To

• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Milan. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• is graduating between 2025 and 2027
• has a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their first undergraduate degree
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
