Job summary

Artmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company, seeking a Zuora Billing & Integration Consultant in Hyderabad. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on Zuora experience and strong API, SQL, and billing process knowledge.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to implement Zuora configurations, support PCI compliance, and ensure financial data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Zuora billing/payments/revenue modules is preferred.
• Strong SQL and API troubleshooting skills are required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Zuora configurations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
• Support Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing workflows.
• Understand Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Work with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation processes.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
• Configure and support Zuora solutions based on business needs.
• Understand Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Understand Revenue Recognition and financial operations basics.
• Knowledge of subscription lifecycle management including amendments, renewals, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Support Zuora Revenue processes and revenue recognition concepts.
• Perform data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting with SQL.
• API troubleshooting and integration debugging.

• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.

• Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition and basic financial operations.
• Good knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Understanding of Zuora Revenue processes and revenue recognition concepts.
• Good SQL skills for data validation, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Basic to good experience with API troubleshooting and integration debugging.
• Ability to understand business and finance requirements and translate them into Zuora functional configurations and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to support and improve billing and payment processes.
• Support PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot billing, payment, subscription, and integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve production issues.
