Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a Zscaler Support Engineer to join our PAN India delivery team. The role requires hands-on experience with Zscaler Cloud Proxy (ZIA, ZPA) and Z-App Mobile, with 6–9 years of deployment and implementation experience.

You will manage and troubleshoot the Zscaler App portal, create policies for application and web control, and coordinate with Security Architecture and SOC teams on audits, incidents, and maintenance windows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Cloud Proxy ZIA ZPA, Z-App Mobile and other features.
• Manage and troubleshoot Zscaler App portal by creating Application Control and Web Control policies.
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Internet Access (ZCCA-IA)
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Private Access (ZCCA-PA)

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of Zscaler configurations and policies.
• Coordinate with SOC and Security Architecture teams for audits and incident response.
• Communicate planned maintenance/outages to customers.
• Maintain and update sub-locations, IP/FQDN groups, and admin access controls.
• Test new versions/features of ZApp and report findings.

Your Role

We''re hiring for skilled and motivated Zscaler Support Engineer across PAN India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with strongexpertise in Implementation and deployment for Zscaler, ZIA and ZPA.

• Proactive addition of client public IPs on the Zscaler Admin Portal.
• Setup new rules for URL categorization (when Zscaler sends a notification)
• Create URL exceptions for uncategorized traffic.
• Maintain Admin accounts and roles for access to Zscaler admin portal.
• Communicating to customer about planned maintenance/outages on Zscaler nodes.
• Maintain bandwidth classes, if a new website is identified to be prioritized, it needs to be amended/maintained.
• Present settings for Advanced Threat protection/Malware Protection Client Security team for audit/verification.
• Maintain Network Services, and IP/FQDN Groups which are used in firewall control.
• Block any malicious IPs on Zscaler, as notified to SOC and identified as a threat by Client.
• Create sub-locations on Zscaler admin portal for sites For ZApp, control the version of the application to be used by end users.
• Test new versions/features of ZApp and present findings to Security Architecture team.
• Troubleshoot with end users to determine if its a proxy related issue, Maintain Sandbox controls on Zscaler
