Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited seeks an experienced Technical Valuation professional to oversee compliance, process reviews, and performance monitoring across AP, TS, and KA. The role emphasizes ensuring quality valuation and risk awareness, with decisive input to corporate strategy.

The position requires a deep understanding of housing finance valuation, strong coordination with stakeholders, and rigorous reporting to the Corporate Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12+ years in Technical Valuation in Housing Finance Industry.
• Strong interpersonal, commercial awareness, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with technical process manual and norms across AP, TS & KA in line with approved notes.
• Periodically review and modify technical processes and procedures.
• Review and update builder ratings across locations.
• Periodically review APF (Approved Property Files).
• Periodically review Zone Base Master.
• Track and monitor all technical OTC/PDD.
• Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Head Technical when required.
• Empanelment, monitoring and reviews of technical consultants.
• Recommend the list of approved, negative and caution areas to Corporate Office.
• Control the Cluster MIS and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor and ensure the Technical Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Prepare and maintain various reports, MIS and databanks and send to Corporate Office.
• Hindsight review of Funded Property.

• Review and updation of builder rating across location
• Periodic review of APF
• Periodic Review of Zone Base Master
• Tracking and monitoring of all technical OTC/PDD
• Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Head Technical, wherever required
• Empanelment, Monitoring and review performance/reports of technical consultant
• To recommend a list of approved, negative and caution areas to Corporate Office

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or PG in Civil Engineering

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Technical Valuation in Housing Finance Industry
