Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai invites a Zonal Sales Manager to lead Sales & Business Development in Dermatology/Cosmetology across the West Zone from the Mumbai HQ. You will drive budget achievement, coordinate product launches, and build a capable field-force (1RBM, 1ABM, 20MRs) while ensuring scientific promotions and effective strategy execution.

You will oversee administrative control of the field team and contribute to attaining ambitious targets in a reputed pharma listed company.

• As a Zonal Sales Manager you will based at Mumbai HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Dermatology/Cosmotolgy Segment covering entire West Zone for reputed Pharma listed company.
• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of 1RBM's 1ABM's, & 20MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile

• You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 15-18 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Zonal Sales Manager handling of Dematology / Cosmotology Segment covering entire West Zone for reputed Pharma listed company.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
• You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
