Job summary

HRD House seeks a Zonal Sales Manager to lead Sales and Business Development for Dermatology/Cosmetology across the East Zone from Kolkata HQ. You will drive budgets, product launches, and retention of a field team including RBMs, ABMs, and MRs, ensuring high target achievement.

You should have 15-18 years pharma sales experience, with 2-3 years in a Zonal Manager role, and strong skills in people management and strategic promotions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy graduate with pharma sales experience.
• 15-18 years total sales experience; 2-3 years as Zonal Sales Manager.
• Experience handling Dermatology/Cosmetology segment across East Zone.
• Proven ability to promote scientifically and launch products.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and BD for Dermatology/Cosmetology in East Zone.
• Manage regional team (RBMs, ABMs, MRs) and drive PCPM targets.
• Ensure budget achievement and new product launches with strategy.
• Oversee field force administration and performance tracking.

• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of RBM's, ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile

• You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 15-18 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Zonal Sales Manager handling of Dematology / Cosmotology Segment covering entire East Zone for reputed Pharma listed company.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
• You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
