JU Agri Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive farmer engagement and promote agro products through field activities and product demonstrations across zones.

The role collaborates with the Head - Field Marketing, plans and executes campaigns, monitors budgets, analyzes field productivity, and guides regional teams to achieve sales and promotional targets while strengthening relationships with farmers and trade partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support marketing plans for new and existing products in the field.
• Monitor productivity of field marketing plans and campaigns.
• Guide zones in developing customized regional marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute cost-effective high-impact field campaigns.
• Supervise and evaluate field marketing campaigns on a fortnightly basis.
• Monitor monthly Sales Promotion budgets.
• Coordinate promotional activities, farmer exhibitions and trade shows.
• Engage Field Assistants and drive high performance culture.
• Analyze Field Assistant productivity.
• Lead product and crop trainings for regional teams.
• Supervise product demonstrations and evaluate outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION (Field Marketing Manager)

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Field marketing is about understanding the needs of farmers and building awareness about products through different field Activities.

Working closely with Head - Field Marketing, the Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and execution of different field marketing projects. The Zonal Marketing Manager will effectively contribute towards all field promotional activities and product demonstrations in addition to working cohesively with cross-functional teams on day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Individual Accountabilities

1. Support to implement marketing plans for new product and key existing products

2. Monitoring the productivity of the marketing plans

3. To support and guide the zones and regions in developing customized marketing strategies

4. Planning & execution of cost-effective high impact marketing campaigns & field activities

5. Supervision & evaluation of field marketing campaigns & activities on fortnight bases

6. Monitoring & evaluation of Sales Promotional budget on monthly bases

7. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, farmer exhibitions and trade shows

8. Strengthen Field Assistants engagement and cultivate culture of high performance

9. Analysis of Field Assistant productivity

10. Product and Crop Trainings to regional teams

11. Supervision & analysis of Product Demonstration

Technical Knowledge

- Sound Knowledge of agriculture, crop protection, crop nutrients, chemistries and competition landscape

- Sound knowledge of crop Agronomy

- Knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the Crop Protection business
