Job summary

Zoho in Rohtak, Haryana, India, seeks a Zone Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across all centres in the designated zone. You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets and logistics, and ensure program compliance to meet organizational goals.

You will supervise regional managers and field teams, drive recruitment and training, maintain data/reporting standards, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders to support sustained performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations across all locations within the assigned zone.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals in the zone.
• Supervise and guide regional managers, centre coordinators, and field teams.
• Ensure effective implementation of programs, policies, and operational standards across all centres in the zone.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and outcomes of all centres and teams within the zone.
• Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with senior management to report progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for the zone.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management from all centres.

• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff within the zone.
