Zoho is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee and manage operations, programs and performance across the assigned zone in India. You will develop strategic plans, supervise regional managers, center coordinators and field teams, and ensure programs, policies and standards are consistently implemented across all centers.

• Coordinate with senior management to report progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for the zone.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management from all centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and community leaders .
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff within the zone.
• Ensure that all activities align with the organization’s mission, policies, and quality standards .
