Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the zone's activities, programs, and performance across multiple centers in India. You will develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals, supervise regional managers and field teams, and ensure adherence to programs, policies, and quality standards.

You will monitor outcomes, conduct regular field visits and audits, address challenges, and coordinate with senior management to report progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations, programs, and performance across all locations within the assigned zone.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals in the zone.
• Supervise and guide regional managers, center coordinators, and field teams .
• Ensure effective implementation of programs, policies, and operational standards across all centers in the zone.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and outcomes of all centers and teams within the zone.
• Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvement strategies .
• Coordinate with senior management to report progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for the zone.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management from all centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and community leaders .
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff within the zone.
• Ensure that all activities align with the organization’s mission, policies, and quality standards .
