• Partner with business, risk, legal, technical, and operations teams to enable scalable growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and early warning signals at a zonal level.
• Drive corrective actions to maintain asset quality and control credit costs.
• Mentor and develop credit leaders across the South region to strengthen underwriting standards.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and senior management reporting.
