Job summary

Home Credit in Mumbai is seeking a senior credit underwriting professional to evaluate financial health, underwrite loans, and manage a regional credit portfolio. The role includes mentoring a team of analysts and coordinating with sales, operations, legal, and field teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage underwriting, risk assessment, and income verification across formal and informal sectors, including property due diligence

Qualifications

• Experience in credit underwriting for LAP, home loans, or mortgages.
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of affordable segment income assessment (formal + informal income).
• Familiarity with property due diligence, legal, and technical aspects.
