Job summary

Dhruvsoft Services seeks a Zoho Finance functional consultant with 1–4 years of hands-on experience in configuring Zoho Books and related Zoho Finance applications. You will understand business accounting requirements, configure Zoho modules, support finance processes, perform reconciliations, and help implement and optimize Zoho Books and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Zoho Books to match business requirements.
• Knowledge of Zoho Finance Suite and related apps.
• Experience in functional consulting for accounting/ERP.
• Experience implementing accounting systems in a business.
• GST and statutory accounting knowledge.
• Ability to automate finance processes.
• Ability to map integrations between systems.
• Gather functional requirements and perform UAT.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Zoho Books and Zoho Finance apps per business needs.
• Manage Chart of Accounts, ledger mapping, workflows, and reconciliations.
• Configure Zoho Expense, Payroll, Billing, and invoicing processes.
• Handle GST, tax configuration, and statutory requirements.
• Translate finance needs into functional Zoho solutions.
• Conduct UAT, testing, troubleshooting and validation.
• Provide guidance, training and issue resolution to finance teams.
• Coordinate integrations and customizations with tech teams.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business and accounting requirements, configuring Zoho Finance applications, supporting finance processes, performing reconciliations, and assisting with implementation and optimization of Zoho Books and related applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and practical experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications such as Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Billing, and related finance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Zoho Books and Zoho Finance applications based on business requirements.
• Handle Chart of Accounts, ledger mapping, accounting workflows, and reconciliations.
• Configure and support Zoho Expense, Payroll, Billing, and invoicing processes.
• Manage GST, tax configuration, and finance‑related statutory requirements.
