Job summary

Zentrino Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart, motivated Zoho Books Consultant to join our team in India. The role targets candidates with an accounting/finance background and a keen interest in Zoho Books and Zoho Finance applications.

Freshers with relevant academics are welcome. You will configure Zoho Books, map client processes, set up accounts, taxes, invoices, and banking modules, and support data migration and training for clients.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Freshers with an Accounts/Finance background are welcome.
• Educational qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or other accounting/finance courses.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho Books based on client requirements.
• Understand clients’ accounting and business processes and provide suitable solutions.
• Assist with setting up organizations, chart of accounts, taxes, invoices, expenses, banking, and other accounting modules in Zoho Books.
• Support data migration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on using Zoho Books.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and resolve queries.
• Prepare documentation and maintain implementation-related records.
• Support the team in providing post-implementation assistance and customer support.
• Travel to client locations when required.
