Job summary

Job description

• Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Knowledge of raising client invoices and handling the complete invoicing process.
• Good understanding of TDS sections, applicability, and deductions.
• Working knowledge of GST and related compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and finance-related requirements.
• Handling and booking of vendor invoices with proper documentation.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Knowledge of GSTR-2B reconciliation and working.
• Handling and reconciliation of credit card transactions and expenses.
• Knowledge of Credit Notes and Debit Notes, including their accounting and GST impact.
• Good data management and documentation skills.
• Preparation of finance-related reports.
• Maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding receivables and payments.
• Coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors for finance-related requirements.
